Responsible for 35 single family and condominium communities. Job duties include recruitment, candidate interviews, screening, hiring and terminations; community, model and inventory home reviews; sales training including, but not limited to, selling by personality type, sales critical path and the handling of objections, role playing, monitoring and training of “1st visit commitment” techniques, Realtor relationship training; listing all inventory homes in MLS; day to day operations and the handling of customer complaints and concerns.

Note: Due to slower market conditions, in October 2006, all managers took on additional duties and responsibilities. In addition to the duties above, with the help of a model assistant, I assumed responsibility for sales in Meadow Grove Estates. In the prior year in advance of my arrival, that community had produced only 3 sales. Between 11/13/06 and 4/12/07, 22 homes were built sold in this community.

In 2003 and 2004, I completed the entire Centex Management Training program, considered one of the top 10 management training programs in the world, and assumed leadership of the sales staff, design center, sales interns and sales assistants for a 28 community Division.

From 1998 to 2003, I was a new home sales representative. I exceeded company and personal goals every year. I completed my first formal new home sales training and subsequently achieved the distinction as one of the Top 10 new home sales representatives in all of Central Ohio.
